CCTV SYSTEMS

DMP
Commercial Systems |
The DMP commercial system is a complete
solution to ensure that your company will
still be here tomorrow and into the future.
Our system lowers your company's costs by
offering plain English menus that decrease
employee training time. Our Easy EntryTM
keypads are designed to decrease costly false
alarms by offering arming and disarming of the
system by simply presenting a card to the
keypad-no keystrokes are needed. The
commercial system protects your company's
assets by deciding which employees have access
to each area and when they have that access.
Remote control of your company's system is
available via the ePAD Virtual Keypad, which
gives you complete control of the system from
any Internet-enabled PC or even PDA. One DMP
panel is capable of controlling your fire,
access, and intrusion needs, there is no need
to install multiple panels for multiple
applications. Only DMP offers one solution to
cover all of your commercial needs.
In 2001, DMP forged the way to a new era for
the security and fire alarm industry with the
first UL certification for Internet
Monitoring. As early as 1984, DMP began
communicating alarm signals over networks and
today continue to build on those technologies.
Internet Monitoring is extremely fast,
cost-effective, and more reliable than older,
traditional methods. Any company with an
existing LAN can cut costs immediately using
DMP's Internet Monitoring by eliminating
leased line and long distance phone charges.
Central Station owners can offer their
customers added value by using Internet
Monitoring by receiving virtually
instantaneous reports from customers and
eliminating the possibility of busy signals at
the central station. Only DMP offers
fully-supervised data transmission from the
panel to the receiver. The Internet Monitoring
communication method is patented under US
patents 6,040,770 and 6,255,945

check system status. Each individual store can
have their security system brought online,
eliminating phone charges and provided
virtually instant status reports

HONEYWELL ACCESS
Versatility, reliability and expandability
are the three main features that make the N-1000 the
most popular access control panel ever.
Another key
feature of the N-1000 is its completely distributed
database. All card information, time zone
information, relay control information and alarm
point information is loaded into the N-1000’s
memory. The unit can operate completely stand alone
without dependence on any other equipment.
The most
important feature of any access control system is
the ability to be expanded. The N-1000 will operate
as a stand alone two or four door controller, and as
needs increase, up to 31 N-1000's may be connected
on an RS485 drop-line.
Using WIN-PAKTM
access control software, a total system is achieved
by having each drop-line connected to a
communication port, modem or ethernet terminal
server.
N-1000 is
designed to operate off-line, making access control
decisions independently from a PC or other
controlling device. It can also be connected to a
host computer for system configuration, alarm
monitoring and direct control. Connectivity to the
host computer is accomplished via direct serial
communication (RS232 or RS485), dial-up modem or
TCP/IP network connection.
The
N-1000-IV-X allows for a card database of 25,000
cards and a transaction buffer capable of storing
6,600 transactions.
Features
- Four reader control
panel (N-1000-IV)
- Supports all major
reader technologies and 16-digit ABA card
formats
- Distributed database
for independent operation
- Operates in remote
site configurations with dial-up (requires M-56K
and N-485-HUB-2) or leased lines
- N-1000-IV-X: 25,000
card memory N-1000-IV: 5,000 card memory
- N-1000-IV-X: 6,600
buffers N-1000-IV: 10,200 buffers
- RS485 and 20 mA legacy
communications are jumper selectable
- Compatible with the
N-1000-III
- 16 supervised alarm
inputs. Separate inputs for tamper switch and
primary power fail monitoring
- DPDT Form C relays;
four on N-1000-IV, eight on N-1000-IV-X
- 63 time zones to
control card access, relays and alarm points
- Relays are
“time-programmable” for automatic control

Advantages of API Fingerprint
Biometric Readers
The company's Fingerprint
Biometric Readers have been designed specifically
for use in the security and access control
environment. Over 60,000 of these devices have been
sold world wide, and their performance in the harsh
environment of both military and commercial
applications has been outstanding.
The Fingerprint Biometric
products utilize an Optical Scanning technique using
Surface Enhanced Irregular Reflection Technology (SEIR),
with High Contrast, Uniform Intensity Imaging. This
technology combined with the company's own
sophisticated, state-of-the-art algorithm for
comparing fingerprint images, delivers a uniquely
robust and accurate performance from a range of
readers which can be used either as part of a wide
range of access control and time and attendance
systems or as stand alone devices with their own
door programming and control capabilities.
The readers are designed to
withstand daily use in testing environments and may
be mounted outdoors. They are not susceptible to
static discharge or other external conditions, which
commonly cause problems with other types of
biometric reader systems.
The SEIR technology allows the
use of a Sapphire Crystal finger-reading surface,
which is highly resistant to scratching and damage,
requiring little or no maintenance. Combined with
the polycarbonate housings, the products while
architecturally pleasing are extremely robust and
operate in the most testing environments.
The Fingerprint Biometric
readers are available in combination with API
SECURITY SERVICE INC own proximity card reading
systems; they may be used with card readers of other
manufacturers; with API SECURITY SERVICE INC MIFARE
contactless smart cards, carrying the finger
template on the card; with PIN code identification
or as direct fingerprint comparison readers.
Intruders are well aware that once an alarm system
is activated, it can take at least 5 minutes or more
for the authorities to respond. It may take much
longer in ‘high crime hot spots’ or in ‘non-response
areas. Those 5 minutes gives an intruder a “window
of opportunity” and enough time to take thousands of
dollars of possessions or merchandise and get away.
True Integration with Security Systems
Because Bandit is designed to extremely high
standards with false alarm prevention in mind, the
unit can be configured in a variety of ways to
virtually eliminate any chance for a false ejection.
Bandit also has a fire alarm input which allows it
to stand down in case of an actual fire alarm.
Bandit easily integrates with existing security
systems such as intrusion, access control and video
systems. We recommend that a professional security
installation company installs and maintains all of
Bandits Products.
